1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only in the case of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage during transit
- Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, color variation, size mismatch, or personal preference.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or made-to-order furniture
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or mishandling after delivery
- Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories
3. Return Request Process
- Customers must report any issue within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- To raise a return request, please contact us with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Requests made after the stated time period will not be accepted.
4. Inspection & Approval
- All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by our quality control team.
- Once approved, further instructions for return or replacement will be shared.
5. Replacement / Refund
- Approved cases may be eligible for replacement or refund, at the sole discretion of [Your Website Name].

6. Shipping Charges
- In case of approved returns due to manufacturing defect or transit damage, return shipping will be arranged by us.

- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed or dispatched.
- Custom-made furniture orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
