1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently deliver furniture products across India.
  • Delivery within Maharashtra and outside Maharashtra is subject to serviceable pincodes.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Within Maharashtra:
    Orders are delivered within 7–8 working days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Outside Maharashtra:
    Orders are delivered within 14–15 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to factors such as logistics availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
  • Order processing time is included in the delivery timeline unless otherwise mentioned.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Any additional charges for remote locations, special handling, or re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • The customer must ensure proper access at the delivery location (stairs, lift access, door width, etc.).
  • Our delivery team will deliver the product to the ground floor or building entrance unless otherwise specified.
  • In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Damage During Transit

  • Customers are requested to inspect the product at the time of delivery.
  • Any visible damage must be reported within [24/48] hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos.
  • Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.
