1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only in the case of:
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Damage during transit
  • Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, color variation, size mismatch, or personal preference.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order furniture
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or mishandling after delivery
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories

3. Return Request Process

  • Customers must report any issue within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • To raise a return request, please contact us with:
    • Order ID
    • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Requests made after the stated time period will not be accepted.

4. Inspection & Approval

  • All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by our quality control team.
  • Once approved, further instructions for return or replacement will be shared.

5. Replacement / Refund

  • Approved cases may be eligible for replacement or refund, at the sole discretion of [Your Website Name].
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [7–10] working days after approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

6. Shipping Charges

  • In case of approved returns due to manufacturing defect or transit damage, return shipping will be arranged by us.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed or dispatched.
  • Custom-made furniture orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
